Yusif Mammadov Elman oglu is a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Law and a legal scholar specializing in international law, human rights protection, European legal standards, and the impact of international law on the Islamic world. He graduated from the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, where he conducted extensive academic research on the theoretical and practical challenges of international law.

Yusif Mammadov possesses extensive academic knowledge and practical expertise in the integration of international legal systems into national legislation, international mechanisms for the protection of human rights and freedoms, the implementation of European legal standards, and issues of legal harmonization. His scholarly research focuses on contemporary developments in international law, global legal transformation processes, and the advancement of the rule of law.

As the author of numerous articles published in reputable international academic journals, he has conducted significant research on the influence of international law in the Islamic world, the protection of human rights, and the implementation of international legal norms within domestic legal systems.

The academic supervisor of Yusif Mammadov was Oleksandr Vasylovych Skrypniuk, a distinguished Ukrainian legal scholar, Doctor of Law, Professor, Director of the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, and Honored Lawyer of Ukraine. Professor Skrypniuk is recognized as one of the leading experts in constitutional law, state theory, and the development of the rule of law. He also served as an advisor to committees of the VII and VIII convocations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and made significant scientific and practical contributions to legal theory and public administration.
