Fərid Osmanov
Attorney at Law
Fərid Osmanov is an attorney specialising in civil litigation, labour law, commercial contracts, and intellectual property matters. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Jurisprudence (2018) and a Master's degree in Commercial Law (2022), both from the Law Faculty of Baku State University.
Fərid began his legal career with an internship at "MBM" Law Office in 2017–2018, where he participated in court proceedings and represented clients in administrative matters. He subsequently undertook a placement at RABİTƏBANK ASC and later joined the State Social Protection Fund's International Relations Department, where he worked from August 2020 to November 2021.
From November 2021 to July 2023, Fərid served as a Legal Consultant at the Secretariat of the Bar Association, before joining a leading Baku law firm as a practising attorney. Since joining Azorium, he has advised both domestic and international clients on commercial disputes, contractual arrangements, and employment matters.
He communicates at a native level in Azerbaijani, is fluent in Russian, and has a working command of English.
